I adored comic books as a teen – especially indie, black-and-white comics – and tried my hand at art. It is a skill I truly admire in people but one I never mastered myself. As an adult I enjoy “drink & draw” art classes. A glass of wine helps release my inhibitions and there is no pressure to impress anyone. But the best part of the class is that while we all paint the same picture, each canvas results in a work that is different and special.
